Our packages range from $695-$2495 plus tax. Our videographers’ backgrounds in both fictional and documentary filmmaking make them ideal for the unique demands of any event. We are seeking customers searching for a filmmaker's touch to turn their special day into a unique movie to remember.

• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Gemstone offers a full balance transfer should you have to postpone your wedding ceremony. In the event of this happening, we need a minimum of 48 hours notice. If we are unavailable on the new date, any fees paid in advance are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, any fees paid in advance are also non-refundable.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Our two main event personnel hold MFAs from USC's film school. Our other event staff hold varying degrees from other local film schools. We are members of WEVA and the Burbank Chamber of Commerce.
• What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
  We offer a variety of wedding packages ranging from $695-$2495 and also various a la carte items from $250-900 for a "build you own wedding" package. • How much are additional copies?
  Additional copies for full length weddings are $20.00. Other events are priced depending on length of event and amount of duplications requested.
• Do you provide copies on DVD?
  We provide copies on either DVD or VHS. Our DVDs use photos and graphics from your event to customize your menus and covers.
• Do you require a deposit?
  We require a 50% retainer fee upon booking and signing of our contract. The remaining 50% is due 10 business days prior to the event.
• How many cameras do you use?
  We always use TWO 3 chip digital cameras with professional tripods. We have a third camera available if requested along with a steadicam option.
• Do you provide editing services?
  We provide professional non-linear editing. In addition to picture editing, we offer basic sound editing and sweetening as part of the package.
• What makes you different from other videographers?
  We are USC film school graduates and therefore, take a film making approach to all events. Our policy is to shoot all our events with TWO 3-chip cameras so that we can offer the versatility in editing that produces a fine end product.   Our rates are $100/hr with a two-hour minimum. Depending on the requests, we have packages available.
