Q.	Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
Yes, we do have both policies in effect. Our refund policy is that we charge a non refundable fee of $ 75.00 for any cancellations with a contract. Afterwards, we charge $ 150.00 five days prior to your event date. 24 hours prior to any cancellations, there are no refunds.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
We do not have an hourly rate but we do have a 4 hour minimum at $ 360.00 and then each additional hour at $ 65.00

Q.	How much is the gratuity?
The gratuities is about 15% of the total price quoted.
