We put our sitters through many tests to assure they will provide professional, reliable, loving care to your pets. Each sitter is carefully screened, interviewed, criminal background checked, trained, tested, joined in the field, and we request our clients to give online survey feedback on the sitter after every assignment.

At Fetch! Pet Care, we like to understand your needs before assigning a rate for your care. We have a basic guideline we observe, but have some flexibility in pricing for different levels of service. We base our pricing on many factors, including the type of pets you have, driving distance, and type and frequency of service you require. Please feel free to call us for a plan for service.

Q.	Do you offer overnight service where you stay in my home?
We provide in-home overnight sitting in your home to maintain a stable environment and routine for your pets, and ensure the safety of your home while you are away. Great for dogs and special needs pets, your sitter will typically arrive at 6pm and depart at 7am the following day. Overnights include feeding, play/walking, litter box/yard pet waste cleanup, lots of attention, & basic home care.

Q.	How many times a day do you come to visit my pets? How long is each visit?
Whether providing daily visits or dog walks to your pets, we strive to keep as close to your pet's routines as possible. When we meet for your initial consultation, please let us know all you can about your pet's normal activities, and we'll do our best to keep that schedule! A typical visit is 1/2 to 45 minutes.

Q.	Will you come and meet with me and my pet(s) before I travel?
We provide a free in-home consultation so you have the opportunity to meet with your new sitter and communicate any information necessary so we may provide the best care for your pets.

Q.	Do I pay before or after my return? Is there a deposit?
Once you book service with us, we will email you a confirmation which will also serve as your statement for your records. At the end of the month that your service is complete, we will bill your Visa or Mastercard number that you provide during our initial consultation.
