We strive to provide an excellent customer experience in all aspects of our business. If a customer is unhappy with a policy, it may be cancelled at their request. We do, however, strongly recommend that customers obtain other insurance before cancelling with us and we may require proof of other insurance in force in some situations.

All applications are subject to standard underwriting procedures depending upon whether the application is for premier, preferred, standard or table rated premium levels.

Q.	How long does it take to complete the application and approval process?
It typically takes about 30-45 minutes to complete an application and a week to a month for the approval process.

Q.	Is there a maximum age that you can insure?
Depending upon the policy type, maximum issue ages vary from age 65 to age 80.
