Yes, we guarantee to provide service to the customer's satisfaction and offer re-service at no additional charge. If the guaranteed results can not be obtained then the customer will be offered a full refund.

Most of our agreements are for maintenance, skipping service will result in infestations that may not manifest themselves until its to late to gain rapid control again.

Q.	How long are your service visits?
The length of every service visit depends upon what service is being provided and the time needed to accomplish that service. Some visits may be 30 minutes to accomplish small tasks, other visits such as termite treatments on a large home can take 2 days.

Pest control treatments 2 months. Termite treatments 10 years.

Q.	Is treatment harmful to pets?
No, all treatments are performed according to manufacture's label instructions and according to the guidlines and codes set by the Georgia Deptartment of Agriculture and the EPA. All applicators are well trained in safe treatment methods.

This depends on what type of treatment is performed. We will provide this information at the time of service.
