All members of the Executive Express USA team work diligently to make sure that your reservation is handled with the upmost of care. From the time that you enter the vehicle, to the time that you reach your destination, we remain focused and committed on seeking your repeat business. We stand behind our work and thus maintain a customer satisfaction policy. If we ever fail to live up to our company's standards, we will do everything in our power to fix it to your satisfaction.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
Hourly rates range from $50.00 per hour to $150.00 depending on the vehicle type and any other additional services such as protective services. In addition to the hourly rates, we also maintain a 3 hour minimum on all charters. Transfers are billed on a flat rate basis.

Q.	How much is the gratuity?
Chauffeurs strive to make your ride as pleasant as possible. They adhere to a strict code of professionalism that is rewarded with a suggested 20% gratuity.

Our guarantee that we will try to make your event a pleasant one.

Q.	Do you provide snacks and beverages?
We provide ice, water and soft-drinks on all charters...and yes, a smile as well!!!

Q.	How much is the deposit?
We require a 50% deposit on all reservations. Transfers are paid in full at the time that the reservation is made.

Q.	What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancellation is made between 30-45 days from request. Refunds will not be made for cancellations made within 7 days of service.

Q.	Do you have wedding packages?
Yes, our Red Carpet Wedding packages include 4 hours of service, champagne, ice, soft drinks, water, red carpet rollout and an uniformed chauffeur trained to assist the bride in all respects.

Q.	What types of vehicles do you offer?
Sedans, Limousines (10 & 15 passengers), Mini (30 passengers) and Limo Buses (18 passengers), Vans (10-12 passengers) and Charter Buses (61 passengers), Excursion Super Stretches (18-22 passengers)

Q.	What colors are available?
We maintain a fleet of white, black and silver vehicles. All vehicles offer tinted windows, vcrs, cd, privacy and an occassional rose for the ladies.

Q.	Is smoking permitted?
No...adhere to the Clean Air Act.
