We work hard to make sure that your event is managed professionaly to suit you. If there are any problems we address them immediately and solve the issue at that time or within a reasonable amount of time. If the issue cannot be resolved then the contract will be dissolved in writing and any services that have been provided at that time are payable. Pre-paid fees are refunded at 20% of fees pai |

Our wedding planning involves three phases. The first phase is pre-wedding planning, which includes, making appointments, selecting accessories, etc. The second phase is the wedding day, coordinating of all vendors, and managing guests. The third phase of our planning services is the post-wedding with sending off Thank You's and New Address Post Cards. |

We provide complete planning, partnership planning (this is for those who want to have a hand on hte planning but want assistance from a professional), monthly planning and a la carte. The last two options are for individuals who are needing assistance during different stages of the planning. |

We have 4 years experience in planning corporate events. We have planned well over fifteen events ranging from conventions and conferences to company picnics. We have assisted with the arrangements for travel to a specific conference and have assisted with management of a convention. |

How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit? |
| |
Our services are charged hourly for monthly consultations and a 2 hour minimum deposit is due. For complete planning services we charge a flat fee based on the work and planning to be done and how extensive the event will be. At the time of signing the agreement a 50% deposit is due. |
