Yes. Unlike most other management companies we offer our clients a month to month management contract so that they may cancel our services at any time. We do this because we are confident that our clients will be more than satisfied with our services. |

We charge one flat fee equal to 8% of the rents we actually collect on your behalf. There are never any hidden fees. |

How long does it usually take to find and place a suitable tenant in my property? |

The time it takes to rent a particular property varies based upon the rent amount as well as the quality and condition of the property. However, we pride ourselves on renting our properties quickly. |

What happens if you have to evict my tenant? |

We put a lot of time into researching a prospective tenant's credit worthiness and references in order to minimize the chances of eviction. However, should a tenant need to be evicted, we have a number of experienced attorneys that we can work with. |

How soon am I notified of an impending vacancy at my property? |

We require our tenants to provide at least 30 days notice prior to vacating a property. As soon as the tenant notifies us we will notify you. |

If this occurs we will consult with the owner and determine if eviction is an appropriate remedy. However, we put a lot of time into researching a prospective tenant's credit worthiness and references in order to minimize the chances of this happening. |

No. Bill payment is included in our 8% monthly fee. |
