I advise clients on their business and tax problems, including formation, operation and liquidation, entity selection (proprietorship vs. incorporation), business valuation, capitalization, shareholder loans and external financing, executive compensation and pension and profit sharing plans, gifts and trusts, estate tax planning and representation in disputes with various taxing authorities. I also advise real estate personalities in closely held businesses, including developers, contractors, brokers and salesmen and dealers and investors involved in commercial and residential real estate sales and rentals. I provide financial and investment planning for individuals and small businesses. I set up individual and business IRA, 401-K and other retirement plans. I provide full computerized accounting and bookkeeping services, and in-house payroll processing.
