Business Description
Provide event planning services for all occasions (weddings, anniversaries, showers, special occasions, etc.) that include but are not limited to consulting services, coordinating entire events and/or being onsite the day of event only. Able to connect you with vendors who provide quality service, provide a selection of good vendors to choose from, and handle negotiations for you. Will help you set priorities within your overall wedding budget, as well as provide a timeline to help keep you organized and make your special day stress-free and memorable. Willing to provide several pricing packages that are affordable and able to meet all budgets.

Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We do offer customer satisfaction guarantee and no further committment (financially) after deposit is submitted. If for some reason customer is dissatisfied with services or needs to cancel event, we simply part ways with no further obligation.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  My qualifications are that I have worked in Sales and Marketing for the past 15 years in my professional life and I have both a bachelor's and master's degree in Communications and Marketing. The best testament of my work is the steady flow of referrals I have received from current or previous clients!

Q.  How many weddings have you planned?
  I average anywhere from 35-50 events each year, and approximately 20-35 weddings make up this this total number. I am fortunate to be able to work this business on a full-time basis and I have a fully trained staff of individuals who also assist me in my business. I should also mention that my business is not limited to weddings; I also plan corporate events, family reunions, high school reunions and celebrations of any kind. I also have a staff/team of professionals who work with me to provide support and assistance where needed.

Q.  How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  I provide wedding & reception day coordination only. I can provide partial planning services. I also provide full planning services where I am involved from start to finish!

Q.  Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
  It would be much easier to explain directly all potential clients, but each package I offer comes with a process or list of items that I provide to each of my clients. The most important aspect involved before any wedding is the ability to listen to clients needs and to get to know the "couple" as well as being able to determine how to create their dream wedding for their desired budget. I also like to have ongoing consultations with each of my clients to make sure we're all on the same page, we're keeping track of and staying at our targeted budgeted amount as well as the continuous process of building a rapport with each of my clients and feeling as though we've known each other for years by the end of their event! I also explain to each of my clients in the beginning (based on their specific needs) what I am willing to do to make sure their special day is the most memorable ever and I encourage my clients to remain open and honest with me throughout the entire planning process!

Q.  Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  Yes, I work with premiere wedding vendors all over and because of the past/present business I refer their way, coupled with the quality of their work, I can refer clients to them with the ease of knowing my clients truly are receiving the best in terms of service and pricing!

Q.  Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  Yes, in some but not all cases. When I do receive special offers, I absolutely pass them on to each of my clients. I am very fortunate to be able to work from my heart and not from my pocketbook! For the most part though, vendors including myself simply refer business back and forth to one another as a way to say "thank-you."

Q.  Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  My response is "Can you afford not to have a consultant?" Keep in mind that besides having someone contact vendors on your behalf, I am also the person negotiating your prices as well as reviewing contracts with each vendor to be sure you are receiving the best they have to offer! Also, because I have personal business relationships with many of these vendors, I can pass on discounts to my clients. There is also the comfort of knowing you have someone working for you on the day of your special event to deflect any issues, concerns away from you on what is supposed to be YOUR day!

Q.  What are your rates?
  My rates range anywhere from $1100 to just over $4500 and include everything from being on site the day of the event only and providing full coordination to partial planning of your event to full planning of your event from start to finish. I also offer A la Carte services that begin as low as $100 for clients who only required limited services from a consultant.

Q.  What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
  I am fortunate enough to be able to work from my heart and not from my pocketbook, meaning I have a passion and love for working with people and I truly am a romantic at heart and love to see a beautifully planned event come together! The fact that I too was once a bride and know personally all the work that goes into planning a wedding places me in a unique category. Also, I like to build a relationship with both the bride and the groom's and their respective families all throughout the planning process. I also require only a 30% deposit to begin working on my clients' behalf, with the remaining balance not being due until one week prior to their scheduled event.
