Yes. Our Home Protection Plan guarantees your home against any pest infestation. This service consists of a quarterly maintenance visit and costs about $85 per visit.

All of our services are guaranteed. Each one has a different time frame as each pest is different.

Usually, if you are not seeing pests and you are on a maintenance program, the reason you are not seeing any is because the preventative treatments are working and you probably wouldn't want to forego the treatment that is providing the pest free environment you desire.

Each pest is different, but on an initial visit, we can usually diagnose and treat the problem in about 45 minutes.

This is a question we would love to answer on a case by case basis since each treatment is different and has different aspects to it.

You can water as soon as the treatment is dried which depends largely on the weather.
