Products and services obtained for clients by our firm include no guarantees from us and are subject only to the policies of each individual vendor. We will make every attempt to satisfy clients who feel unhappy with any services we may have provided. However, with such a wide variety of services, it is impossible to offer one blanket refund policy.

Q.	How do you charge for your services?
At the first meeting after our phone consult, we will discuss your project scope in detail and develop a services plan for you. A contract containing the pricing for that plan will be delivered to you for signing and a 50% deposit.

Q.	Do you provide a free consultation?
The initial over-the-phone consultation is free. All services afterward are billable.

Q.	How much control will I have over the final product?
Our clients always have input into their design plans. No non-refundable items will be purchased without the homeowner's consent.

We are trained Interior Designers who graduated from accredited schools. We also have the work experience that makes us invaluable on construction projects.

We will be taking the National Kitchen and Bath Association's Certified Kitchen Designer test in the Fall of this year.
