Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |
| |
Absolutely! We believe that no one should pay for a service that they are unhappy with. Because of the potential of rare mishaps that may not be at the control of our disc jockey, if you are unhappy, you would only be asked to pay administrative fees, such as travel and set up. |

What are your hourly rates? |

Our hourly rates are between $100 and $200, depending on the event. We will discuss your event by phone and give a quote before the completion of our conversation. |

Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy? |

We ask for 50% of the deposit within one month of the event. We require at least a two week notice for cancellations. Cancellation within the two weeks of the event will be charge 25% of quoted price for event. |
