We have assisted our clients with flight delays/cancellations, family emergencies, hotel issues and other hiccups that have occurred while on vacation.

Because we do go that extra mile for our clients and take your vacation requests seriously, we do charge a non-refundable "plan to go" fee that is required after the initial consultation.
