Yes. Diamond Finish requires a down payment upon delivery of materials. The remainder is required only after the job is done and the customer is satisfied with the work.

Yes. The owner will come to your project and give you the best price. We have no salesman working on a comission basis.

Yes. We offer financing through First Mutual Bank. Payments can be deferred up to 90 days.

Our work is done on a written contract basis only.

No. Our warranty requires that our siding be installed by professional installers.

Q.	How does the building process work?
We will manage and staff your project with highly qualified personnel. All materials are delivered to your home prior to starting and placed in the best location so as not to disturb the homeowners. The job is cleaned daily.

Q.	How long does it typically take to have this type of work completed?
All siding jobs vary but the normal completion date is within two weeks of starting the job.

Yes. We work with First Mutual Bank to provide financing for our customers. We can offer up to 90 days deferred financing. The application and approvial process is quick and easy.

No. Warranty issues apply as they do in siding.

Q.	How does the building process work?
Windows are measured and ordered. Ten days later we will deliver the windows and begin work with our qualified crew. Windows are installed completely within a week's time

Windows generally take less than a week to be installed once they are delivered.
