Yes. All of our work is guaranteed for one year. Our policy for customer satisfaction is a 100% guarantee.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
We are a fairly new company, established in May 2005. However, we are fully licensed, insured and bonded. All of our inspectors and crew teams are certified and licensed by the Structural Pest Control Board and have a minimum of 3 years and up to 15 years of experience.

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Our staff also speaks Vietnamese, Filipino and Spanish. Unlike most companies, our Inspectors DO NOT work on commission.

Q.	What are your rates?
Our rates are extremely competitive, however there is no standard charge for termite services. Each property varies. After your free inspection, you will receive an itemized report via fax, email and/or u.s. mail that will show each finding, our recommendation and what we would charge for the items relevant to your property.

Q.	Do you offer a service maintenance agreement?
Yes. We have annual as well as preventative maintenances. Ask us about our FOAMING process, which is guaranteed for one year, but leaves a residual for up to 5 years.

One year Warranty. We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and policy.

Q.	If I do not see any termites can I skip a service?
Termites are not always visible, they live and eat inside of the wood on your home. The are also subterranean termites live in the ground and therefore not always visible.

Q.	How long are your service visits?
Our inspections are on average 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the home. The treatments and repairs vary depending on the job. That question can be answered individually before we begin the job or after the inspection.

Q.	How long do treatments last?
Our work is guaranteed for one year. The length will depend on the individual treament: what type, what was treated, and the chemicals are used.

Q.	Is treatment harmful to pets?
Local treatments and foaming are not harmful unless ingested or directly contacted. Fumigation can be harmful if a pet is allowed at the property before the property is cleared.

Q.	If I have a termite problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
Yes. Our one year warantee covers all areas previously treated by our company. We will come back out to inspect the area in question and treat any warranteed areas as well as give you an estimate on new infestations and damages (if any).
