Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?

Warranty for work completed is provided per individual contract terms. Refunds are only offered if built into contract terms & all contract terms are based upon payment schedules of 1/3 draw required prior to work commencing - 1/3rd draw at 50% of contract completion - 1/3 balance COD upon job completion. Warrantys that are extended for products are only those offered through original product manufacturer and must be applied for through manufacturer or as otherwise agreed upon in contract terms.

We are licensed by the State of Maryland to perform construction services and are affiliated with other home improvement professionals to offer a wide range of services to our customers.

What are your rates?

Our highly detailed estimates are based upon square footages of walls & ceilings. Our base contract costs are unique on a per room basis and are provided only after selection of chosen colors and finishes. We do price every room individually so you know exactly what is covered in your estimate, and record linear footage of all trim, number of doors, frames, windows and sills (based upon sides to be completed) and all wallcovering & wallpaper prices are contingent upon number of rolls to be removed and/or hung & after selection of paper or fabric types. All spools of border are priced according to their characteristics and quality of finish.

Q.	How much notice do you need to begin a project?
Advance notice is usually required 6-10 weeks prior to preferred starting dates for contracts larger than 2 rooms.

Q.	How long does a project typically take?
Per room 2-3 days based upon color for average light to mid-tone finishes - more time is required for deep-tone colors. Faux projects are contingent upon finish chosen. Wallpaper, vinyls, silks and fabrics installation times are contingent upon number of rolls or yards to be hung and craftsmen availability.

Our clients are provided very clean, efficient and timely services, and we are unique in that we only service distinct customers of taste. We do not provide apartment or rental property painting services. Our employees are experienced with no less than 10 years training and all are selected to service only those clients which will most benefit from their specialized trade skills.
