Q.	Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with your photos, you have the option of a re-shoot of equal value at absolutely no charge, otherwise you will receive a full refund of your retainer fee and you will incur no additional charges. Everything is clearly laid out in our contract.

Q.	Do you require a deposit?
A 25% retainer is required at the time of booking.

Q.	How many pictures do you take?
As many as time will allow! I have no maximums and I continue to take photos even after I feel the story of your wedding day has been fluently expressed.

Q.	Can I keep the negatives?
Yes.

Q.	How many weddings have you photographed?
I've captured 8 weddings in the past ten months and have 4 more in the next six, but this is an ever-changing figure.

Q.	What is your photographic style?
Anywhere from traditional posed, candid, and photo-journalistic. I will take any special requests into consideration.

Q.	Do you provide black and white photography?
I shoot digitally, so any photo has the opportunity to be transformed into B&W, Sepia, Selective Color, or any other specially colored image you desire.

Q.	Do you use digital or film?
Digital. This helps keep your costs low since I don't have to develop every photo just to determine which you like and which you don't. Digital photography has come a long way and is now very comparable to Film.

Q.	How far are you willing to travel?
I will travel up to 1-1/2 hours from the South County area of Rhode Island at no charge. This means I can reach all of RI as well as many parts of Eastern CT and South-Eastern MA. Anything over 1-1/2 hours is negotiable depending on the time and distance.

Q.	How quickly will I receive my prints?
Depending on the format of print (i.e.: individual 4x6s or a fully customized flush-mount album), turnaround time can range anywhere from 14 to 90 days.

I don't just document. I capture the emotion, the beauty, and the memory in each photograph. Your satisfaction is my top priority and I allow you to be as creative as you want to make sure you receive the pictures that you can look back at and say "I wish every day was like this day." You will receive personalized attention from beginning to and end even well after!
