Yes, if we have a customer not 100% satisfied with our services and we have attempted to make them happy with no avail, we will refund them 100%.

Yes, you can choose your own service agreement: Monthly, Quarterly or Annual.

We offer a 90 day warranty for our residential customers. This warranty starts on the 7th day after the initial service.

Q.	If I have a pest problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
Absolutely! Depending on the problem you may not have to pay, because of our warranty.

Q.	If I do not see any pests can I skip a service?
Yes, we do not require contracts with our residential customers. We do recommend quarterly treatments to keep the residual up and your cost down, this will help maintain the control of all your pest problems.

Q.	How long are your service visits?
They will normally last no longer than 45 minutes.

Q.	How long do treatments last?
As long as 6 months, this can depend on your area and if you have alot of foliage in or around your home or building

Q.	Is treatment harmful to pets?
No, our services are very safe with pets and children. Professional advice will be given at the time of treatment.

Q.	How soon can I water after your visit?
We recommend waiting at least 24 hours.

Yes, we have general liability with General Aggregate and Products - Comp/OP AGG of up to 1,000,000 each.

Q.	What makes you different from other pest control services?
Our warranty and our personal pest services. We will not charge you for something you really do not need. We may offer you solutions with questions on the initial phone call. Your service will be what we would give our own friends and family.

Spot Treatments start at $150 and up. Full Conventional treatments start at $600 and up.

Yes, you can transfer your current aggreement for a small fee.

2 years for all termite treatments, with an option to renew yearly after that at 10% of the cost of the treatment. EX: $1200 treatment will pay $120 per year after 2 year inital warranty expires.
