Yes, in fact with contracts & agreements with our vendors, we will abide along with any refunds that are owed to our clients due to any unforseen, unsatisfactory service, etc (yet rare) will be adhered to.

I am a Certified Destination Specialist. I also hold a ACC (Accredited Cruise Counselor) MCC (Master Cruise Counselor, along with many other Specialist levels, such as Disney, and Tour Companies.

I assist in all Cruise Packages (including shore excursions), Individual/Group Tours, All inclusive vacations. Groups, Incentive Groups etc included.

I have personally lived in or traveled to: Australia, New Zealand, Italy, London, Hawaii, San Diego, Tahiti, Fiji, Western Samoa and Maine.

I don't just sell travel, I live it, and have experienced it...I don't just sell to my customers...as far as I'm concerned, if my clients aren't happy then I'm not happy...going that extra mile COUNTS!

Yes, we are...just as my individual clients business is important, so are my corporate clients!

Differs according to my vendors, however most of the time it will be all inclusive: IE: room service, most meals if not all, tours and more....

This differs according to the Resort that I'm working with for my client...at times I may include a welcome package just for my clients....
