CANCELLATION FEE: Cancellation for a full refund must be 21 days prior to the departure date. Cancellation made less than 21 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Q.	Do you require a deposit up front when booking a charter bus?
A 10% Deposit is required to reserve your motor coach. No charter cant be considered confirmed until the deposit is received. Final payment is due 20 days prior to the departure date.

Q.	Do you allow food / beverages in your vehicles?
Snack and bottled drinks with screw caps are permissible. Providing trash receptacles will be made available ( no alcoholic beverages, no exception ). Glass bottles,food and drinks from fast food establishments are strictly prohibited.
