• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes, we complete all services within thirty days of the wedding date. If we miss the deadline (which I never have nor plan on doing), then the client does not have to pay the remaining balance. A refund of the deposit is given only if the client dissolves the contract before the wedding, but we still keep 20% as a cancellation fee.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I have a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Ball State University, and I have been filming weddings professionally since 2005.
• What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
  My company allows you to put together your own package, and we charge by the package, not by the hour. Our packages vary from $500 to $1500.
• How much are additional copies?
  Additional DVD or Blu-Ray copies are $10 each.
• Do you provide copies on DVD?
  Yes, on DVD and on Blu-Ray.
• Do you require a deposit?
  Yes, we require 50% up front.
• How many cameras do you use?
  It all depends on how many cameras the client pays for, but we use one to four cameras.

  Yes, I edit every video that goes onto the DVD.
