  20% is the industry standard. We encourage our clients to handle tips directly with their driver based on their service. Wedding packages and prom will have the gratuity added into the rate.

  Our limousines are dressed with leather seats, cloth napkins, TV/VCR, radio/w CD player, moon lighting, privacy divider, crystal stemware, assorted beverages, and candy and snacks. We provide fresh flowers and balloons at no additional charge per advance notice.

  We provide assorted beverages (sodas and water) and snacks including apple cider with all of our limousine vehicles.

  30% MINIMUM DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO RESERVE VEHICLE. THIS MUST BE SENT WITH SIGNED CONTRACT. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Deposits are payable by Cash/VISA/MC/AMEX/DSC/Money Order/Check. Check deposits must be received 20 days prior to date. Reservations are not secured until the deposit is cleared.

  CANCELLATIONS OF CONTRACTS SHOULD BE REQUESTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WILL BE HANDLED AT THE COMPANY'S DISCRETION. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS APPROVED BY OWNER BECAUSE OF SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES. If a refund is approved, it will be based on the following schedule: More than 45 days 90% 30-44 days 80% 15-29 days 40% Less than 15 days 0%
