Yes, the contract covers customer satisfaction and a refund policy. If you are not satisfied, I'm not satisfied. My future depends on you being a happy customer. Portraiture/Wedding contracts are available for viewing ahead of time.

Yes, a 50% deposit and a signed contract will be required to book your special day.

Q.	How many pictures do you take?
I have no picture limits, I will capture all of the memorable moments to tell a complete story for your special day. My wedding packages do not have a minimum/maximum picture capture quantity.

Q.	Can I keep the negatives?
Yes, for an additional fee. Negatives will be provided on a CD.

Wedding Photojournalistic and Traditional.

Q.	Do you provide black and white photography?
Yes of course. Black and White, color and sepia tone. I can also do a color/b&w mix depending on the story you are trying to tell.

I'm a completely digital photographer, using only top of the line, professional Canon cameras and lenses.

Examples can be viewed on www.BryanOtenPhotography.com. I also have a wedding portfolio to view in person.

Q.	How quickly will I receive my prints?
Depending on your package size and any special services you may choose, you will receive your prints or wedding album within 8 weeks.

I actually love to photograph weddings. I enjoy being a part of a couple's new life together. I realize that I am the most important person providing a service at your wedding. The food, flowers, DJ, and location may be all top notch, but it's your special and private moments that I will capture that will stand the test of time. Nothing else really matters.
