  I have an ACE Weight Management Certification. I use an indepth lifestyle questionnaire and book designed by the CHEK Institute to determine metabolic type, and to identify areas of weakness in your body so you can begin making changes to strengthen and give you back health and energy.

Q.  Do you prefer specific types of diet and nutrition?
  I emphasize metablic typing along side of reconnecting with conscious eating using your own body to help guide you to reach your ideal body weight.

  I combine the psychology of why, when, and how you eat with sound, healthier whole food choices that you really enjoy eating. I also pattern my coaching based on your completion of a lifestyle questionnaire which identifies your metablic type, and areas of health weaknesses you have in your body so that we can identify the changes you want to make to achieve your optimum strength, health & energy

  I created my business based on a strong value of having balance in life. Then, through the power of intention I have attracted mentors and models that truly assist people to make permanent life style changes that genuinely support them as a whole person.

Q.  Once I lose the weight, how do I keep it off?
  I don't offer a diet. ONLY 1% of the population keeps weight off and regains 10% afterwards. I am offering a lifestyle change you can live with the rest of your life.

  Yes

  It is not a question of can I eat, it is a question of is it a quality, whole food? And, is it according to your metabolic type?

  I don't.

Q.  How can I easily keep track of what I eat?
  Sometimes it helps to keep a food diary to identify some patterns, and create awareness about what when and how you feel from eating various foods.

Q.  Can I choose my own foods?
  The meals that I suggest are based on a wide variety of whole food choices that you have identified yourself through doing the lifestyle questionnaire. Much of what you will learn is from choosing foods that will best serve you from a list of periodized food suggestions, and recipes that you can request.

  Yes

  Yes

  It depends on you.

  Typically eight pounds-but I have had clients loose up to 20 pounds.

  I would treat you as an individual, and we would establish customized goals together. I would encourage some of them to be SMART goals: specific, measureable, achievable, result-oriented and timed.

Q.  How often do I need to weigh myself while using your program?
  I don't really recommend weighing yourself when you are in process...the exterior is not the ultimate goal...it will show the way you want when you really begin to trust and understand the different choices you can make.

Q.  Do I have to go to the gym or exercise several hours per week to lose weight?
  Depending on the program you choose, you can lose weight without exercising but I encourage you to eat with awareness, your metabolic type and exercise at the same time for the best results.

  Yes

Q.  Can I use your program if I am already taking prescription medicines for weight loss?
  I prefer that you do not use prescription medicines for weight loss. If, however, you are using them as prescibed by your doctor, I would want to work in conjunction with your doctor to help you.

Q.  What approach do you take with your clients?
  I complete an assessment with you called a PARQ to make sure I know about your health issues and consult with your physician if needed. I prefer conducting fitness testing & body composition. I recommend completing a lifestyle questionnaire to determine metabolic type, and exercises that will assist you in the best way possible

  MY studio, your home or gym (if allowed by mangers/owners).

  No, I can set you up at minimal cost if you like.

  My live exercise class is $5 a session that you pre-sign and pay on a month to month basis. $40 at my studio for training, $50 at your home plus transportation depending on location.
