We are a portfolio lender, which means that we lend our own funds and control the underwriting. All underwriting and processing is done in my office. What is the turnaround time for a loan application?
You will be approved in less than an hour after application. A loan package will be sent to you via FEDEX. I will then work with your builder to obtain the ratified contract and plans to order an appraisal. I will schedule closing once permits are near to be issued.
