As soon as my clients return from thier trip, I check with them to make sure that everything went well. I ask them if they have any problems I need to address. If they do, I then stay on top of fixing the problem & getting them a refund when need be.

I attended my travel agent training in Seattle in 1997. In am also a Graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge, I am a certified Destination Specialist for the following: Outrigger, Hawaii, Australia, Fiji, Guam, Bali, Apple Vacations, Princess Cruises, Cruise West, Costa Rica, Riviera Nayarit, Universal Studios, Curacao, Cancun, Kissimmee, and many more…

Q.	What services do you provide?
I provide full service vacation planning. I can be as much or as little involved as you want. For Disney Trips I even go so far as helping you plan your days in the park & take on the very time consuming job of scheduling your dining etc.

Q.	Where have you traveled to?
I travel regularly to the places I specialize in - Disneyland (California), Disney World (Florida), Las Vegas, Hawaii, Mexico. In addition I have been to about 40 of the 50 states in the USA. I have been to Canada.

Q.	What makes you different from other travel agents?
I have a rockin' sense of humor. I am fast, efficent, and really fun to work with. I spoil my clients rotten. Once someone finds me, they are my clients for life, and that is the way I like it.

Q.	What services do you provide? What are your specialities?
I specialize in Disney including being a travel agent for Disneyland, Disney World and Disney Cruise Line. I also specialize in Hawaii, Las Vegas and Mexico.

Q.	What are your rates?
In general, I do not charge service fees. I am paid by the wholesaler. For instance if you book a trip on Expedia, they get the commission. When you book with me I get it. You get all of my excellent customer service for free. A lot mroe than you would get from the on-line giants.

You should choose me because I will work hard for you. I will listen to what you want, and I will get it that way. I will get to know you and your likes & dislikes so each time we plan a trip, I will already know basically what you are wanting.

Full service travel agency. I will take care of all your needs within my power!

Yes.

If you are only buying airline tickets, there is a $25 ticketing fee. If you are buying Air & Car or Air & Hotel, the fee is waived.
