I've never been asked ever to refund a customers money. If a customer was that unhappy I would consider it for sure. |

I have been in the photography and graphic arts business for 10 years. Before that I was in marketing for a very large company. I am a member of several professional organizations including the WPPI and NAPP. |

I basic edit to top 100-150 in 4 days and posted to web for viewing and ordering. Albums can take 12 weeks depending on style and supplier. |
