• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes. We'll reshoot until satisfied with Glamour, Headshots, and Products. There is a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all other photographic services.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  No. I'm entirely self taught.
• What are your rates?
  Events $200 minimum. $200 for basic portraits or business headshots. $300 for actors headshots (3 Looks Includes Retouching) Simple product photography rates dependant on quality needed and size of job.
• Do you require a deposit?
  Yes. I will not take any job without a guarantee that you are serious about your photoshoot. A nonrefundable deposit is required to book a date. Rescheduling is acceptable for a $25 fee as long as it is done 3 days in advance.
• What packages do you offer?
  See me website for actor headshots and modeling portfolio and wedding packages. All other photography will be quoted based on time and materials needed.
• How many pictures do you take?
  Anywhere from about 50 on in to thousands.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  Yes my business depends on you using my pictures as much as possible. You get full quality digital images in jpeg or raw format (your choice) so you can put them online use them in catalogues, brochures mailings etc. The more people who see my pictures, the more people understand why hiring a professional is the way to go.
• What is your photographic style?
  See my website. My style is clear, clean and engaging.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  Yes black and white film if needed. Otherwise I shoot color and convert to black and white.

  Both. A discussion of what your needs are and what the output will be determine what media is best.

  China. The traveling expenses are obviously going to be included in the quote for the job.

  The next day for a digital copy (Sooner if needed). Retouching may take up to a week.
