Details: in early **** we renovated our house and nearly doubled the size. We now have * AC units. Two issues remain that my builder can't seem to fix *) our new family room/kitchen isn't getting as cold as it should *) in one area of our house there is a 'stale' oder that occurs only when the AC is running. We recenlty had our ducts cleaned. The odor does not occur when the heat is running just the AC.

Details: AC in Condo Apt not working since Sunday night storm (did not lose electricity but it may have been zapped). Monday morning 'cool on' light was flashing so I thought the system needed to reset so I turned it off and I check the bracker to may sure it was on. Monday evening I turned it back on and nothing - the 'cool on' light was still flashing.
