Customer satisfaction is our number one goal and we will do whatever it takes to ensure that. Deposits are generally not refundable.

Q.	Are you insured?
Yes, we carry full million dollar liability and liquor liability insurance.

Q.	Do you provide servers?
Yes, we provide servers and bartenders for our events and the rule of thumb is one server for every 50 people.

Q.	Do you provide set up and take down?
Yes, our servers arrive at least an hour early to setup all the buffet and drink tables. As soon as the event is over, they clean up and take down the equipment.

Q.	How much is the deposit?
A 10% deposit will hold the date for you.

Q.	What is your delivery charge?
Delivery is free within 10-20 miles of our location. After that we add $20-$50 to cover the added travel time and expense.

Depending on the menu we will cater small events of as little as 20-30 people and as many as 600.

If you schedule a meeting with us and decide that you might like to use our services, we can schedule you for one of our monthly tastings.

We specialize in American, Italian and Spanish cuisine but we have excellent menus for all tastes.

We offer American, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Mexican, Vegetarian, Seafood and others.

We offer anything from full-service buffet style dining to disposable drop-offs.
