Yes you do! How can a home warranty company truly warrant your home without looking at the condition of the home? We offer a "Home Physical" that scales down a full inspection and focuses on the systems in your home. Also every client receives a 10% discount certificate at Lowe's and the home qualifies for a discount through Nationwide Insurance of 5% to 20% off homeowners insurance.

Q.	Do I pay a service fee for each visit?
Our service fee is only $40.00 for each visit.

Q.	Can I purchase a home warranty plan if I am not involved in a real estate transaction?
Yes, our warranties are available to all homeowners.

Q.	When does coverage begin and how long is the contract?
Coverage begins at the time of payment and will run for 1 year. New homes have the option of adding 2 additional years for very little cost.
