Details: Need advise...and or consultation.. Im currently in preparation for a divorce after *yrs of ups and downs, my soon to be x-wife has filed first and Im the respondent. I have hired an attorney and she has one also. We have been separated since July, she still lives lives in the family home with the children ( one *yr old thats my biological and her **yr old thats from a previous marriage that I never adopted), currently paying child support for my *yr old. We have a family business together ( car and motorcycle insurance underwriter's). We are purchasing the business from her previous employer-owner. It was upon agreement that the business be purchased for ***k. A contract purchase agreement was drawn and signed by us both, she as Executive and me as Co- excutive but there was no buyout agreement involved. In lieu that the purchase price be paid in full, the deed to the family home has lien for amount owed- but business can be sold after * yrs, its now been *. She runs the business along with one employee( part-time ). I work separately and carry little to no responsibility to business and have no knowledge of her Actual income due to separate bank accounts, and we've continued to split our monthly expenses **/** until now. The family home, im estimating is worth around ***k due to the shape of the market which is not too bad considering we got a screaming deal at ***k for ****sq ft split level * yrs ago. We have little to no joint debt other than the house, one vehicle, and maybe * or * credit cards. I guess my question is do have have a right to a buyout from the business and the house? Or whats the best strategy you would suggest? Do I need to have the business valuated??? How costly or is it even worth it??? Im willing to negotiate and I will compromise, but Im not ready to go into mediation with my attorney because he's not a Business lawyer??? Can your services help me in this situation???

a. A plan setting forth the sources, kinds and amounts of both current and anticipated financial resources. The plan shall include a budget for the institution's first year of operation, clearly identifying sources of revenue to ensure effective operations.
b. A pro forma balance sheet prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for the type of institution making application.
c. If the corporation that controls the institution is ongoing, the institution shall provide a financial statement of the parent corporation compiled, reviewed or audited in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, prepared by an independent certified public accountant.
d.
