  No formal policy.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Ten years professionally trained(not certified) as an event planner so I apply that gained experience to weddings; therefore, I am "on the job" until the entire event is over and the last vendor leaves! This is part of the time line commitment.

  a dozen or more

Q.  How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  I am a full service planner, who will do almost every aspect except book the travel and lodging.

Q.  Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
  My humble opinion~ Be in love & explore each others character. Speak about both's vision for your wedding. Set a realistic budget to include a wedding planner (Hire me). Meet to set a time line for a successful wedding day (ideally with the parents if involved). Assign responsibilities to timeline. If this process is done properly, the rest is easy! Always remember, tnis is your day! Be happy!

  I recommend only the persons I have personally worked with and know will do a professional job. However, you have the final say in who you choose to utilize to meet your needs.
