• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We do have a satisfaction Guarantee. Luckily in 11+ years we have not had a request for refund!
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  All of our DJ's go through a minimum 1 year training period regardless of previous expereince in the DJ field. This makes sure you get only the best for your wedding day!
• What are your hourly rates?
  DJ Services are $250 per hour Officiant Service are $350 for your booking. Ask how to save $100 today!
• Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  We do require a deposit to lock in your day and prefered DJ or Officiant for your wedding day. Due to the nature of the market the Deposit is non refundable and does go towards the over all balance due.
• What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  All of our DJ's and Officiants have Many years expereince, some more than 15 years in the business. We average over 60 events per year.
• Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We cross most genre. But we do have a large collection (69,000 songs) of Top 40, Swing, Country, Hip hop, Hispanic and Oldies.
• Do you take requests?
  Of course, requests are always welcome. We not only take them during the event but our online tool set allows your guests to request songs via the internet before the event!
• Can I provide my own music?
  Yes, we have over 70,000 song in our library, but if you want to provide specific music we welcome the input.
• Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  We carry back up equipment to our gigs.
• Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  All of our DJs are trained as full Masters of Ceremonies. We DJ, MC and Co-ordinate your whole event!

  Yes! It is a necessity now a days.
