Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We will re-print any portrait if it does not meet your expectations. Since most of our work is custom, proofs are provided before any production process begins. That way, our clients get exactly what they want the first time.

Q.  What are your rates?
  Free for portrait sessions. Our clients only pay for the portraits they like.

Q.  Do you require a deposit?
  No, not for portrait sessions.

Q.  What packages do you offer?
  We offer items that are discounted during the viewing consultation. Items we offer include Digital albums, coffee table books, Premium Portrait Prints, Canvases, Foto Flots(tm), and fun novelty items.

Q.  How many pictures do you take?
  A Portrait session will be about 2 hours and , on average, have 150 to 400 images recorded.

Q.  Can I keep the negatives?
  We offer our clients the option of purchasing a 'Portfolio' on disc. This includes corrected printable Jpegs, a legal copy of written permission to print the files and a handful of premium prints.

  My background in photography was grounded in photo-journalist style portraiture. This style is distinctly artistic and modern to today's clientele.

Q.  Do you provide black and white photography?
  Yes. Instead of simply 'converting' our digital files to black and white which provides muddy, low contrast results; we process our images through special filters which create deep blacks and glowing whites.

Q.  Do you use digital or film?
  We currently shoot with 2 professional grade, 12mp cameras. We also carry a back-up camera just in case one camera stops functioning.

Q.  How far are you willing to travel?
  We are located in the South bay but we have done events and portraits as far as Yosemite Park, San Fransisco and San Diego. We've even traveled to Las Vegas. A traveling fee will apply to distances out or reasonable range. We only charge for the average cost of room, board and gas.

Q.  How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Our turnaround time is about 2 to 3 weeks depending on the size of the order. Albums are not included in this time table.

Q.  What makes you different from other photographers?
  Our business strives to give money back to local elementary schools and local organizations to help reach their financial goals for grade school children. We are also being accredited through an organization called, "Special Kids Photography of America." This organization teaches photographers how to provide photographic services to families with kids that have special needs.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  As a teenager, I trained under a well known, published, south bay photographer for 7 years all while finishing my degree in Photography.

  We offer items that are discounted during the initial consultation. Items we offer include Leather albums, Parent Albums, Photo signature books, coffee table books, Premium Portrait Prints, Canvases, Foto Flots(tm), and fun novelty items.

Q.  Do you require a deposit?
  Depending on the clients ability to pay, we ask for 20% to 50% of the contract amount, depending on the amount of the contract.

Q.  How many pictures do you take?
  A 6 hour wedding contract will have, on average, 700 to 1200 images recorded.

Q.  Can I keep the negatives?
  We offer our clients the option of purchasing a 'Portfolio' on disc. This includes corrected printable Jpegs, a legal copy of written permission to print the files and a handful of premium prints.
