We prep our meals in our licensed commercial kitchen and finish in your home or at the location where the event is held, either in the kitchen on the premises or we bring our own mobile kitchen.

Absolutely. Our servers are all highly trained and dedicated professionals treating all of our clients with the utmost of respect.

Generally 50% of the catered food budget. 20% on equipment rental.

Q.	What is your delivery charge?
It depends on the distance from our nearest kitchen facilities, which are located in Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton. Generally we charge $1.00 per mile based on MapQuest.

Q.	What is the average cost per person?
There is no average with you company. The catering budget can range anywhere from a low of $15.00 per person to as high as $300.00 per person or more, depending on the type of cuisine, number of courses, etc.

2 to 700 guests

Yes, we have sample menus in many types of cuisines.

Q.	Can we sample the food first?
We offer food tastings occasionally. If a sample of the cuisine is requested, we will present a small miniature version of the meal selected for a fee.

We offer all types of service.

Q.	How much advance notice do you need to fulfill a catering order?
We can fulfill a catering order with 48 hours prior notice (weekdays) for groups of less than 20. For groups between 21-50, 72 hours notice. For groups of 51 to 100, 1 week notice. For groups of 101 to 200, 2 weeks notice. For groups over 200, 3 weeks or more notice.
